Fun fact: Kebnekaise is Sweden's highest mountain and consists of a mountain massif in Kiruna municipality, Norrbotten county (Lapland). The mountain massif has two main peaks: The North summit, is today Sweden's highest point. It has solid rock up to 2,096.8 meters above sea level and is barren in the summer. And the south summit has solid rock up to about 2,060 meters above sea level and is covered by a glacier, which is Sweden's only top glacier. Kebnekaise is usually considered by experienced climbers to be one of the absolute best mountains in Europe for beginners in climbing.
